I order a breakfast burrito with sausage and red chile. I also had a cinnamon roll and a blueberry danish and a cup of the Mexican Blend coffee. The entire meal was amazing like it always is ever time I visit the Santa Fe Baking Company.
The breakfast burrito was made to order very fresh and delicious. The tortilla was nice and crispy just the way I like it. The red chile had a great flavor, but could have used more hotness for my preferences. The eggs were nice and fluffy and the sausage was cooked and spiced well. The cinnamon roll was good but a little dry, but thats why you get some delicious coffee hahaha. The blueberry danish was best pastry I have had at the Santa Fe Baking Company so far. It was awesome, a nice sweet treat that would make anyone's day better. My whole experience at the Santa Fe Baking Company was great.
Though when you go to the Santa Fe Baking Company you are going to need to know what to do when you enter, cause you will need to know what you want before you get up to the register to order. When you first get in there the menus are to the right just grab on and figure out what you are going to want, the special are above the register on a big chalk board. Once you order you will give them your name and then they will come find you and bring you your food, its a very self-serve kind of restaurant.
I really like the atmosphere of the place, very Santa Fe from the art on the walls to the people that come in. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and just a nice time.
